  • Take one-fourth of a cup of cooking oil in a pan.
  • Add 750g of mutton to the pan for frying.

  • Now, add one cup of water to the pan and cover it with a lid.

  • Add one teaspoon salt, and one teaspoon red chili powder to the pan.
  • Now, cover the pan with the lid again and keep it on low to medium flame for 35-40 minutes.

  • After 35-40 minutes, you will see that the mutton has become soft but there is still some water in it.
  • So, we will continue to cook along with the addition of some spices.
  • Add almost 50-70g of yogurt to it.
  • This will result in a creamy gravy of mutton.
  • Add one small tablespoon of black pepper powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder.
  • Add a few chopped green chilies and ginger pieces to it.
  • You can add Green coriander if you want to, but according to us, it is not necessary to add it in mutton.
