Chicken Shahi Korma Cooking Steps

  • Put half a cup of cooking oil in the pan and allow it to cook.
  • Now, add 3 medium onions chopped into the oil and stir it with the help of a spatula.
  • Cook it until the brown color of the onion.
  • Now, as the brown color is attained take the brownish onion out in a plate.
  • Take half a cup of oil in a pan and simultaneously add 750g of chicken to it.
  • Add 1 bay leaf, 3 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom, and 1 Cinnamon stick. The purpose of these spices addition is to remove the smell of the chicken.
  • Now, add 1 and a half spoon of ginger and garlic paste.
  • Continue to fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes until the light brown color is achieved.

  • After, 8-10 minutes just remove the lid and you will have a beautiful look of tenderized chicken.
